2025 wEDDING SHOW VENDOR AGREEMENT

We're so excited you'll be joining us and look forward to a successful Wedding Show!

As a 2025 Thayer Hotel Wedding show vendor i agree to the following:

To stay for the duration of the 2025 Wedding Show; from 12:00 - 3:00 PM. Please arrive on time and please do not pack up early.
To focus on the couples in attendance and refrain from eating food at our booth between the hours of 12:00 - 3:00 PM.
To promote our company’s offerings, and not any business that directly competes with The Thayer Hotel (including a wedding venue, hotel, catering company, or restaurant & bar).
Deliver full payment for the show by the close of business, March 13th, 2025.
