Cooking With The Troops

The Historic Thayer Hotel at West Point was recently asked to participate in this year’s “Cooking With The Troops” event at the NASDAQ MarketSite in the heart of New York City’s Time Square in honor of Veteran’s Day.  Executive Chef, Marc Muniz, CEC, and his staff provided a wonderful cooking demonstration for the event and their skills were tested during a “cook off” against the U.S. Coast Guard.
