The Thayer has been our hub and home away from home for football games, Graduation, Sandhurst, Ring Weekend, and other Academy events. Our son graduated in 2016, and our experience at the hotel was so incredible that we of course booked Graduation before R-Day for our second son who is graduating this spring. We love The Thayer!"

For those families who may still want to stay with us for Graduation or other sold-out dates, Thayer Premier Memberships can be purchased to give priority on the waitlist. Thayer Premier Members move to the top of the waitlist in the order of their membership level, and based on the dates that they call-in.

Five-night minimum stay to include all graduation activities.

WE ARE SOLD OUT FOR Acceptance Day (A-Day)

Acceptance Day (A-Day) will be August 17, 2024.
On A-Day, your cadet will have finished Cadet Basic Training, and will officially join the Corps of Cadets,
making the transition from New Cadet to Cadet. The Acceptance Day Parade will take place at 10:00AM on the West Point Plain.
In the unique parade and ceremony, The United States Military Academy Class of 2028
will symbolically march to join the three upper Classes of Cadets.
